When it comes to skincare/makeup products, the options are endless. 

You watch TikTok Videos, Instagram Reviews, Youtube and who knows where else, just to gain insight on how to achieve the perfect skincare routine or in other cases, glowy makeup application. 

Despite the many reviews all raving about the same products, I’m going to rave about yet another face product, the ’D’Alba First Spray Serum’.

This product truly is a game changer. 

I came across this beautiful bottle while watching a makeup artist from another country use it on her clients. I had purchased her lessons to learn new makeup skills and after seeing it, I knew I had to try it!

Let me tell you, she does not disappoint.

D’Alba: The Brand

Before I get into this hidden gem, let me tell you a little about the brand.

D’Alba is a Korean skincare brand, whose name is inspired by Italy’s Piedmont Region, Alba, best known for their white truffles. 

All their products are infused with white truffle which contains vast amounts of Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, Minerals and Amino Acids, thus improving the overall elasticity and hydration of the skin.

D’Alba: White Truffle First Spray Serum

Now, the product I really want to talk about is the White Truffle First Spray Serum.

Being a makeup artist, trying different products is highly essential as all your clients come with different skin types. 

Therefore, a product that may work wonders on one, will extract different results for another.

In saying this, I would buy endless amounts of face sprays/mists, serums and moisturisers to ensure I cater to every individuals needs.

However after purchasing this beauty in a bottle, I can say with confidence as someone who worked at Sephora for almost 5 years, and a freelance makeup artist, that you need NOTHING other than the D’Alba First Spray Serum to prep your clients skin and set it for the ultimate glow.

Not only can this be used for makeup application, this product essentially is part of a skincare brand, therefore you can use this baby in your skincare routine too. 

I like to use it after cleansing my face to help infuse that serum into my skin before applying my favourite moisturiser, ‘Weleda: Skin Food’.

Must I add, this face spray also comes in a Rose Scent. And if you know me, you know I’m a sucker for anything ‘Rose’. 

I’m already on my 4th bottle, and I found out about this product a year ago. I literally use nothing else. You don’t need to take my word for it. Try it for yourself.

D'Alba First Spray Serum Benefits

Now that I’ve convinced you why you need it. Let me tell you its benefits.

The D’Alba White Truffle First Spray Serum is infused with white truffles (obviously). This antioxidant alone is 6 times more effective than Propolis - an anti-inflammatory ingredient used in many other products. 

This means this spray serum helps make your skin look better on the outside, and feel so much better on the inside. The white truffle ingredient being a highly concentrated antioxidant (compared to other ingredients) provides so many benefits to the skin, all with a simple spritz.
